Nursing Cover Review

I have a nursing cover from Tiny Dragonfly. I got this cover as a gift from a friend (whose Mom & Sister just happen to own Tiny Dragonfly) when I was pregnant with my little girl last summer. I absolutely LOVE it! It is a fun, funky fabric in really awesome colors and it is lightweight, so the baby and I are not overheating under some huge wrap. It has a great neckline that allows me to see her while she is nursing and she can see me! It is not big and bulky, but it offers enough coverage so that she can squirm all over and I am not constantly readjusting myself and the cover.

In addition to nursing covers (which are not listed on their site right now, just email for fabric choices) they have custom burp cloths, barrettes, bracelets, headbands, and adorable prince and princess crowns! And right now, they are offering Free Shipping on everything!

So head on over to Tiny Dragonfly for yourself or gifts for someone who is expecting, has a little one (or two), or for some accessories for yourself!

Cloth Diaper Mamas

So, I have been wanting to try cloth diapering in the worst way. I am just having a hard time committing to something without knowing how it will fit my child. I mean, $18 for a diaper with no returns (obviously) and no guarantee that it will be comfy, or fit her well. I cloth diaper one of the kiddos here at the daycare and I must say it isn't any harder than disposable diapering. I have used Happy Heinys and BUM Genius All In Ones and I like them both, but I also want that cute factor. I want the adorable cloth bottom sticking out of her dress this summer and I want it to be inexpensive and easy, too! Basically, I want it all! So, I will be testing out some handmade diapers sometime in the future, so stay tuned for my reviews!

Diaper Bag Blues

So, I am mom to two kiddos now. My oldest is almost three (when did he get so big?) and my baby girl is just shy of 4 months old. I still need a real diaper bag. I have the two freebies from my hospital and they work ok -- my husband will carry them because they are black and don't scream baby and they have waterproof insides, but that is where the positives end. I need a bigger bag that has pockets and compartments for little baby things and pouches and zippered areas for my big kids stuff.

So I am on the hunt for a REAL Mom bag that is stylish, roomy, and is washing machine safe! I will update when I find one that doesn't cost and arm and a leg!

PR is OK!

So, I had a few companies approach me and ask if it was ok to send me their products for a test drive and review. It is absolutely ok! I love finding new useful products that are great for a busy young family.

We welcome pitches from PR people, or anyone wanting to promote their website, product, cause, or service, but please make sure that the information or product is family friendly. We welcome your press releases, but please know that I will not promote any products or services that have not been test driven by us.

If you have a special cause that you want to raise awareness or funds for, please email me and I will do my best to post about it and link it back to you. I am a huge supporter of the fight against cancer and terminal or chronic childhood illnesses.

Any questions? Please email me at StashingCash@hotmail.com

Thanks!
